Theragun Bodywork

This percussive therapy along with deep massage stimulation is designed to:

We use this Chinese technique as a way to release stagnation from the body, thus promoting the correct flow of blood, lymph and energy (qi). We recommend it for deep and chronic pain in muscles, respiratory diseases and to treat and prevent cellulite. It is combined with a deep massage. Reiki

We use this technique to reconnect with our higher power. With the understanding that we are all channels of energy, we will facilitate your regular flow of energy by positioning the hands on different parts of the body and using a tuning fork over the chakras, while visualizing a balanced equilibrium.
Thai massage

This massage is also known as Thai-Yoga because it's a type of yoga developed in Thailand that uses passive stretching combined with pressure on the muscles.
