We will explore therapeutic movement based in Continuum Movement Somatic approach.

The intention of this workshop is to reset the system and honor all the efforts and goals and mind have achieved this year.

Using sound and breath as tools we will do a movement sequence that will help restore the body tissues and calm the mind.

Remembering sensations, smells, flavors, moments and even those pets and people who released their spirit and passed to a better life through a deep sleep that guided them to their final destination of peace. They are those loved ones that can’t be touched but resurface with the memory, that is why a special date is dedicated to reconnect souls of the living and the dead.
