    A strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that is focused on the core muscles. Some of the benefits of this practice include improved posture, better coordination and balance, increase body awareness and injury prevention. We will use some props (like mini balls, thera bands, foam rollers, etc) to challenge the exercises and make core work more fun.

  • KATONAH YOGA + BREATH WORK WITH KARI SCHEIN - MONDAY 9:30AM

    This method incorporates Taoist principles, geometry and metaphor to focus on longevity, sustainability and reaching personal potential through asana, breathwork and meditation. This modality brings together the esoteric and the physical to create together something truly engaging and exciting.
