Our teacher Eva Ullmann is certified as a 200 hr teacher by The Yoga Alliance and has experience in styles such as Ashtanga, Vinyasa, restorative Alignment and Yin Yoga. This session will have a personalized focus and rhythm so the students can experience a sensation of expansive connection.
